The teams at Dragons Bootcamp provide a supportive environment for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and feedback. They also encourage innovation and experimentation while being self-organizing and making decisions independently, leading to better results.
Teams work on real-world projects throughout the Bootcamp, culminating in a presentation at the end. Projects are divided into tasks, each with a set deadline, and students are evaluated based on their completion of these tasks. These projects can be added to a student's portfolio and CV to aid in job-seeking efforts.
Students are evaluated based on their participation in the teams and their completion of the projects in the Bootcamp. Successful completion of the Bootcamp results in a certificate of completion, and the top 3% of students in each cohort receive a special certificate and gift as an award.
